TOSS is the brain child of two experienced technocrats “Vikas Varshney & Amit Shukla” with bags of ambition and One big idea " to empower all our clients with integrated contact center, voice, video, and social media channels".
VIKAS VARSHNEY
FOUNDER
Mr Vikas Varshney is one of the founders of TOSS having good indepth experience of designing and managing
Contact Centre solutions across a variety of industry sectors for large scale organisations.
Being a Computer Science Graduate, he has good in depth knowledge of contact center softwares,
multi-site sales and service centres as well as dialler. This allows him to understand first-hand the
day-to-day challenges faced by TOSS’s expanding customer base and use technology effectively to deliver
innovative, practical and highly effective solutions.
AMIT KUMAR SHUKLA
CO-FOUNDER
Amit Shukla is one of the founders of TOSS having joined the original team prior to the company's creation.
A Master in Computing Science, he has extensive software development experience,
currently working primarily on TOSS's telephony integration products and solutions. Over
the years he has been a leading key contributor to TOSS's core software.
In his
current role, Amit leads TOSS’s software development team and works closely with our
customers to ensure that TOSS's products and services are developed, configured and
optimised for customers' specific requirements.
SUDHAKAR BENDI
HEAD-SOUTH (SALES & MARKETING)
Being a Computer Graduate, he has experience of approximately 16+ years of Sales & Business Development with strong people management and sales operations experience in IT Solution, software Product, software services in Telecom vertical, Multi-media contact center, Unified Communications and CRM space. He is primarily responsible for sales revenue for TOSS, defining sales strategy and driving overall revenue growth for the region including higher C-SAT rate.
RAJNI KANTH
HEAD-SOUTH (CLIENT SERVICES)
Rajni Kanth has joined TOSS after spending 14 years managing Contact Centre operations across a variety of industry sectors for large scale organisations. This includes inbound and outbound multi-site sales and service centres as well as dialler. This allows him to understand first-hand the day-to-day challenges faced by our expanding customer base and use technology effectively to deliver innovative, practical and highly effective solutions.
